This Outro’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is governing the usage of information provided on Outro’s website (“Platform”) by the individual, customers and visitors (“Users”) and outlines the terms and conditions regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of Users’ personal and non-personal information. By using the Platform, Users signify their consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
By accessing Platform or purchasing Outro’s products, Users agree to abide by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected by Outro:
A. Personal Information:
This includes information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and payment details. This data is collected when Users create an account, place an order, or contact Outro. While browsing the Platform, a User is not required to provide personal information until and unless such User chooses to avail any of the services on the Platform. All the information provided by the User is voluntary.
B. Non-Personal Information:
Outro collects technical information about User’s interactions with our Platform, including IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and browsing behaviour. This data is gathered through cookies, log files, web beacons and similar technologies to improve user experience.
C. Financial Data:
For the purchase of products from the Outro Platforms, Users may be required to make payments through credit card, debit card, or wire transfer via a third-party payment gateway provider. In such cases, the third-party provider may collect certain financial information from Users, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or bank account details. While Outro shall be reasonably vigilant to ensure that the User’s Personal Information and the Financial Information is duly protected under applicable laws of India, however the User is strongly advised to exercise discretion while providing any information.
All Financial Information collected by Outro’s third-party payment gateway providers will be used solely for billing and payment processing purposes. The verification of this Financial Data will be carried out by Users through an authentication process, in which Outro plays no role. The security and handling of your financial information are governed solely by the policies of the third-party payment provider.
For the purpose of purchase for Outro Platform, “Razorpay” is a third-party secure digital platform of approved payment gateways which are under encryption, thereby complying with reasonably expected technology standards, however, all the Users are hereby advised to read the policies of said payment gateway provider. It is further clarified that, Outro shall not be liable for any default or payment failure caused to the Users due to any technical defects in third party payment gateway provider.
D. By using Outro’s services, Users consent to the collection of above-mentioned Personal Information, Non-Personal Information and Financial Information on an ongoing basis for the purposes outlined below.
E. If Users are accessing the Platforms from outside India, it is solely their responsibility to ensure that User’s access does not breach or violate any local or national law applicable in the place from where Users are making the access, for the time being in force.
F. Outro does not knowingly collect personal data from children i.e., persons below the age of 18 years. In an event, where in contravention of the Terms and Conditions, a person below the age of 18 uses the Services, Users shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage or injury suffered by such person in logging into the Platforms and making use of the Services.
Why Outro Use Your Information:
The information Outro collects is used to:
- To process and fulfil User’s orders, including payment verification, collection of payment from Users and delivery.
- To Provide customer support and respond to User’s inquiries.
- To Improve Outro’s Platform, products, and services by analysing User behaviour and preferences.

- 2. Payment providers: Third Party payment providers for the purpose of processing User’ payment, information such as User’s credit/debit card details so that Outro can collect payment from Users.

Designers: Outro has tie-ups with third party designers and information will be shared with the third-party designers for facilitation in delivery of orders as well as sharing of information will help Outro and third party designers in monitoring preferences of Users and collecting data about ongoing trends, which are preferred by Users.
- 4. Affiliates: Companies within our corporate group for operational and marketing purposes, ensuring the same level of data protection.
- 5. Legal Obligations: Authorities or regulatory bodies if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety. Outro may be required to disclose Personal Information or Financial Data/ Information to governmental institutions or authorities when such disclosure is requisitioned under any law or judicial order or, in its sole discretion, Outro deems it necessary in order to protect its rights or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property.

While Outro strive to maintain the highest security standards, however, it is clearly notified that no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure and Outro does not take any responsibility for any loss or misuse of information, which may be caused because of unlawful miscreants.
- • No Personal Information or Financial Information is automatically collected from any visitors of the Platforms who are merely perusing or browsing the Platforms, however, visitors who are willingly providing any information on the Platforms, they shall be treated as Users and shall be bound by the Privacy Policy in a manner as that of a User.
