Refund policy

At Outro, to ensure the smooth operation of our platform and to protect the integrity of our designer collaborations, we have established a comprehensive return, exchange, and refund policy. By purchasing from Outro, customers acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following terms:

1. No Returns or Cancellations:

1.1. Final Sale Policy:

Every purchase made through Outro’s platform is considered final. Due to the exclusivity of our products, Outro do not accept returns or cancellations under any circumstances, except in cases explicitly outlined in this policy.

1.2. No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse:

Outro do not allow returns for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences. Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details, including size charts and descriptions, before placing an order.

1.3. Non-Cancellable Orders:

Orders placed on Outro cannot be cancelled after confirmation, as many of our designer items are crafted or allocated specifically for the customer.

2. Exchange Policy:

2.1. Exchange Eligibility:

• Exchanges will be permitted only in the following scenarios:

  • A. The product delivered does not match the order details (incorrect product).
  • B. The product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

• To qualify for an exchange:

  • A. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • B. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • C. The product must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

2.2. Timeframe for Exchange Requests:

Customers must initiate an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

2.3. Exchange Process:

  • • To request an exchange, customers must contact Outro’s customer support team via email at outrothestore@gmail.com or by phone at +91-9875710187, providing details of the issue along with photographic evidence.
  • • If the exchange request is approved, customers are required to ship the product back to Outro’s designated address at their own expense, unless otherwise specified.
  • • Upon receiving the product, Outro’s quality control team will inspect it to ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria.

2.4. Exchange Outcome:

  • • If approved, Outro will replace the product with the correct or defect-free item, subject to stock availability.
  • • For exchanges, Outro cannot guarantee the availability of the same product or design. If unavailable, alternatives such as store credit may be provided.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • • Non-delivery of the product due to logistical issues.
  • • Delivery of an incorrect product where an exchange is not possible.
  • • Delivery of a damaged product where an exchange is not possible.
  • • In terms of clauses 6.5.4, 6.5.5 and 6.5.6 of the main terms and conditions of sale of Outro, which is accessible on Platform

3.2. Refund Request Process:

  • • Customers must report refund-eligible issues within 48 hours of product delivery. Requests must include photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
  • • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the customer’s original payment method.

3.3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • • Shipping charges, taxes, and other ancillary costs are non-refundable.
  • • Refunds will not be issued for items that fail to meet the eligibility criteria.

3.4. Final Refund Decisions:

  • • Outro reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product shows signs of use, tampering, or non-compliance with policy terms. Outro’s decision in such matters shall be final.

4. General Provisions:

A. Applicability: This Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Outro's online platform and is binding upon all users who access and use our services.

B. Policy as Part of Main Terms: This policy shall be treated as a part and parcel of the main terms and conditions of purchase as available on the website of Outro. Customers are advised to review the main terms and conditions to understand their comprehensive rights and obligations.

C. Quality Assurance Inspections: All products returned for exchange or refund undergo thorough inspection by Outro’s quality control team to determine eligibility.

D. No Waiver: Outro’s failure to enforce any provision of this policy does not constitute a waiver of such provisions.

E. Severability: If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
